Incoming & In-Process Quality
- Cell/Module/Pack inspection & rework (visual criteria, label/traceability checks, connector integrity, gasket condition, cooling plate interfaces).
- E-Drive & Power Electronics: inverter/OBC/DC-DC housings, connectors, sealing surfaces, thermal interface materials (gap fillers, pads) verification, fastener torque auditing.
- Harnesses & HV Components: HVIL/connector condition checks (as defined by customer work instructions), routing and retention verification, cosmetic standards.
- Clean-handling & ESD: classed work areas, ESD PPE/tools, packaging to prevent particulate/ionic contamination, photo evidence before close-out.
Directed Containments & Launch Support
- CS1/CS2 with inspection plans aligned to your specs, 100% or sampling as required, escalation paths, and daily KPI rolls.
- GP12/Ramp-up: additional gates, error-proof checks, layered process audits, and resident quality support to stabilize early builds.
- Retrofit & Repair: sealant rework, clip/bracket replacement, torque re-verification, harness re-seat/re-route, cosmetic touch-ups within approved limits.
Yard Management & Logistics Quality
- Hold/Release management with FIFO control, rework containment zones, and re-inspection before ship.
- Assembly & Kitting for EV-specific hardware (fasteners, busbar kits, sealant kits, HV service kits) with scannable traceability.
- Packaging & Line-side Delivery tuned for ESD and cleanliness; sequencing to keep takt time on track when issues ripple into material flow.
